It was a sad day. The former group members and family arrived to say their final goodbye from Mark Dymshits: the group's pilot and along with Edward Kuznetsov, received a death sentence. The sentence was commuted to 15 years in Gulag, and he was free after 9 years thanks to an American-Soviet prisoners exchange in 1979. He then arrived in Israel and lived until the age of 88.
